If not stated otherwise, parts will be shipped within 1-3 workdays.
Not all parts are in direct stock. For stock information, it is best to contact us.
VAT/TAX
All the products have a Dutch VAT/TAX (21%). If you order from outside of European Union, your price will be automatically adjusted.
Do you not see the lowered price in your cart? Please fill in all your information, and click on "continue to shipping". You will see a message stating that your cart has been updated because of the package destination.
Please be aware that your customs will ask you to pay VAT/TAX before you receive them. Now sure how this works or what the amount will be. Please feel free to contact us, and we will help you out.

Free Shipping
We will pay the postage fee for you (end consumer) from €150,00 within the European Union. This does not apply to bulky/heavy items that have to be sent by special shipping. In most cases, shipping is carried out by DPD with free shipping.
If you place an order with free shipping, but the packages end up being too big, we will contact you to discuss the options for your shipping. In most cases, this should not exceed the €20,00 mark.

We ship worldwide to almost every country. If your country does not pop up, please us at info@falanparts.com so that we can help you. For pricing, please add a product to your cart, fill in all your data, and you will be able to see our pricing.
If you place an order with us, then we will make sure that the order will be shipped out to you as soon as possible (1-3 workdays). In Europe, this will take around 2 to 6 workdays (3-9 workdays for Greece). Outside of Europe, it will take from 1 to 20 workdays, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. 1-3 workdays is the packaging time. Not the shipment. time itself.

Return Policy
We maintain a return policy of 14 days.
We can examine if you have to pay the shipping cost depending on the situation. You can contact us for more information about this. Electronic parts can not be returned (such as ECUs). Opened or used products can not be returned. The order amount will be fully refunded when we receive the package.
