SHIPPING

How fast are my products shipped out? 

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours. This only applies to parts which are in stock. If for some reason, a part is not available anymore, we will contact you within the same timeframe by email. 

How long will my shipment take?

All shipping times can be found at the checkout of your order under shipping. If you have any questions for specific pre-order or restocks, please feel free to contact us. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipment fees can be found at the checkout under shipping. If you have any questions for heavier parts, please feel free to contact us. 

How can I track my package?

You can track your package through the tracking link. This tracking link will be sent to your email within 24 hours after sending the package. 

I did not receive tracking yet. What now? 

Pleas feel free to contact us if you did not receive tracking within the given time frame. 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to almost all countries. Please add a part to your cart and go to the bottom of the cart page. Above the checkout button, you can enter your country and see if we ship to it. 

Is my package insured?

All packages are insured by us. If you want any extra insurance, please feel free to contact us. 

Do I have to pay import/customs fees?

If you order outside the EU (European Union), you must always pay import/customs fees by law. This varies per country. Please get in touch with your local customs for more information on this matter.

Some countries do not charge any fees below a specific price point.

RETURNS/CANCEL

How long do I have for a return?

Ones your package has been delivered, you have 14 days to return it to us.

I received damaged part(s), what now? 

Please contact us,  and we will help you out.  

How can I cancel/change my order?

If your order has not been shipped out yet, please get in touch with us. And we will cancel your order. If you want to change something and your order has yet to be shipped out, please get in touch with us to help.

Which payment methods do you have? 

We have the following payment methods: VISA, Paypal, V Pay, iDeal, Mastercard, American Express, AMEX, Bancontant, Overboeking, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Klarna, Belfius Direct Net, Giropay, EPS, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Direct Bank Transfer. We also accept Crypto payments on request. 
Is my payment secured?

Our payment wall secures all Payments—even Direct Bank transfers. We always lock the money until you have received your package.
