The clutch and clutch basket are CNC machined and then hardened through an anodising process. This method of production makes the clutch noticeably tougher and more enduring than its ORIGINAL counterparts. Due to its innovative construction and the use of centrifugal weights, similar to the variomatic pulleys also produced by J.COSTA, your scooter is then provided with a noticeably improved and more aggressive acceleration.

Alongside the boosted acceleration, better throttle control and response is also provided by these J.COSTA clutches. These advantages combined with its alternative function also result in a higher motor-braking performance. This represents an obvious advantage and assistance to the traditional braking system, whether in daily use, urban traffic and especially while negotiating mountain passes!
