Tyres are professionally fitted to our rims by a professional, who, of course, ensures the correct running direction and that the required Valves are fitted beforehand. The wheels are then balanced. Only the correct tire pressure needs to be checked before driving off.

The Rim

The SIP Pordoi Rim for Modern Vespa Models comes in the usual high quality, with both workmanship and accuracy of fit. Product with perfect surface finish, CNC machined surface and cast-in SIP logo. They are manufactured in accordance with the ETRTO (European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization) guidelines, the industry standard for Rim and tire production, and have the KBA type mark. They can therefore be used legally on German roads.

The Tyre

With a speed index and approval for speeds of up to 180 km/h, the MICHELIN City Grip 2 Tyre allows significantly more than a Vespa GTS can go. Nevertheless, it's good to know that you don't have to worry about Tyre. The siped tread pattern in combination with the rubber compound make this tire the ideal companion, not only on dry roads, but also on wet roads where the all-weather Tyre cuts a fine figure. Even driving in mud and snow doesn't throw this tire off balance, thanks to the M+S marking. Perfect for all drivers who are on the road all year round and are looking for a reliable tire.
