Oil Pump Hose Cover Plate CNC DDL TUNING
INFORMATION
Plate in the crankcase to the oil pump. Where a rubber seal was originally placed in the crankcase, making the oil supply hoses redundant, a suitable aluminium plate is now being developed to close this opening when the oil pump is obliterated. It's possible to route the hoses through this aluminum plate; the holes are already prepared on the inside. This plate also has an O-ring on the outside to make the crankcase practical. Not all crankcases are identical due to the factory casting, and the rubber edge will compensate for this. It's recommended to use the rubber edge, even during initial assembly, to prevent the O-ring from cutting during the plate installation.
