The PIAGGIO-produced seats for the designated models are covered in vinyl and intended to replace damaged originals. Just four bolts and a quick replacement of the seat unit can completely alter the look of the scooter.
The seats from the Primavera/Sprint 125/150cc models are interchangeable but are not compatible with the 50cc models due to the electric locking mechanism on the larger-capacity models.
Consequently, the conventional key-and-lock mechanism of the seats fitted to the 50cc sprint/Primavera models makes them suitable for attachment to other 50cc models but incompatible with the larger-capacity models.
