The range of cylinders that MALOSSI has available for four-stroke Maxi scooters has, over the years, grown considerably. One of their main selling points has always been long-lasting reliability in everyday use, despite their high power output. The reason for this is easily explained. The experience that MALOSSI gains on the racing scene results in prototype components being created with this knowledge. These items are then further tested, developed, and perfected on the race circuit. This evolutionary process leads to the high quality of the tuning components they produce. In addition MALOSSI use the finest grade of materials and the very latest production techniques to ensure precise, minimal manufacturing tolerances with all of their products. 

The increase in capacity, to 185cc, provided by this aluminum cylinder by MALOSSI is like Viagra for the underpowered air-cooled PIAGGIO 125-150cc LEM 3-valve motor.

The extra torque comes into its own when carrying a passenger, especially on hills or gradients! A combination with a taller overall gear ratio provides a higher top speed.

The MALOSSI 'Forcemaster 2' fuel-injection module, also produced by MALOSSI, is also included in the kit. The 'Forcemaster 2' possesses four separate mappings, allowing its performance to be set up according to rider needs and the choice of peripheral components. Each ignition/injection parameter can be individually set up in the areas of min./med./max. +/-20% manually. The original maximum rpm, regulated by the original rev limiter, is raised by approximately 1.000 rpm by the 'Forcemaster 2' CDI unit.

Aluminium/ 63 mm bore/ 4-stroke AC

Aluminum cylinder with a hard chrome sleeve (piston clearance 0.5mm), increased cylinder capacity, 1:11.15 compression ratio, 58.6mm stroke, original exhaust can be retained, forged piston with high silicium proportion for improved endurance. Improved gas flow and fuel economy, suitable for combination with adjustable fuel-injection module.
