If you would like to return the product(s) the following steps are: 

• See if nothing is damaged - if a product is damaged contact us.
• Close the box and tape it off correctly.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if you have received the wrong product(s). If you opt to choose the package protection when checking out. Then your money will be refunded in case of damage and or a lost parcel.
