This FP Parts speed restrictor does two things. You can choose your restricted maximum speed (34km/h, for example) and your top speed without restrictions (60 km/h, for example). 

Why would you do this? In some countries and areas, 50cc scooters are restricted by law. To bypass this but remain within the legal speeds when necessary. 

FITMENT 

This CDI can also be used with an 80cc cylinder kit, but we do not recommend this.
